By accessing or using gravatica.com (the “Service”) operated by Gravatica, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Gravatica provides publication-quality strategy visualization maps (“Atlas Maps”) analyzing publicly traded companies using publicly available information. The Service includes interactive maps, analytical commentary, and related content.
3. Use of Content
Permitted: Viewing Atlas Maps for personal, educational, or professional research; sharing links; citing analysis with attribution.
Prohibited: Bulk reproduction without permission; unlawful use; scraping or systematic extraction; misrepresenting content as investment advice; interfering with the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content — including Atlas Maps, analysis, design, code, and branding — is the property of Gravatica and protected by copyright. The underlying public data (SEC filings, transcripts) remains in the public domain; our original analysis and presentation are proprietary.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravatica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or $100.
7. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or any other professional advice. You should not treat any content as such. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
8. User Accounts
If account registration is offered, you are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, all activity under your account, and notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Payment Terms
If applicable, paid features are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
